I trained with Danielle leading up to two major milestones in my life: marriage and becoming a mother. Leading up to my wedding, Danielle got me in the best shape I have ever been in and I felt great on my wedding day. I got pregnant a few months later and Danielle was able to quickly adjust my workouts to the pregnancy and prepare my body for the changes that come with it. I worked out with Danielle up until a few days before going into labor and I can attribute my uncomplicated labor and delivery to the training I did with her.  She is very knowledgeable about the body and creates a workout plan that is personalized and optimized so you can attain your goals.  Above all though, Danielle is very reliable, with a positive and fun attitude and I really looked forward to each session with her.

As someone who has weight trained for 15 years and played sports competitively in college, I have a very high bar for working with personal trainers.  Every few years, I work with a trainer and often feel disappointed. But, Danielle cleared this high bar starting on Day 1 and has continued to since.  After a single meeting, she crafted a program that wasn’t going to waste any time: she took advantage of my experience, accounted for any injuries, and balanced pushing my limits with shoring up weak spots. I love working with Danielle. There's something so satisfying in finding an expert to help you achieve your goals. I came to her with a short list of objectives: build core strength and improve general fitness to avoid injury.
